SERVICE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All services and packages are non-refundable. Any unused services will not be refunded and expire within one (1) year from the date it was purchased.
You have thirty (30) days, from the date of purchase, to receive a service credit on your account of any unused service(s) if deemed unsatisfactory. All credits must be applied towards a full-priced service or package. Please contact Vita Nova Medical Spa by emailing, info@vitanovamedspa.com or calling our office, (703) 361-3232 for the dollar amount of an unused service back on your account.
All service and package credits are not eligible to be applied towards retail products. Transfer of services or packages to another party is examined on a case-by-case basis.
RETAIL PRODUCT RETURNS
You have thirty (30) days to return an item from the date it was purchased to receive a credit on your account. All credits must be applied towards a full-priced service or product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If opened, the product must be at least 75% full.
We cannot accept any returns on any “food” based products.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
Late cancellation or missing an appointment often keeps our providers from seeing someone in need. For purposes of ensuring proper accommodations when scheduling patients, we have instituted the following policy.
Failure to give a 24-hour notice of cancellation or no-show for an appointment will result in a $50 charge that will be invoiced to your account and paid before your next visit.
Please note that, after confirming a no-show, the card on file will be automatically charged the applicable fee.
If the patient is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, Vita Nova Medical Spa reserves the right to reschedule the appointment, if needed.
AGE RESTRICTION POLICY
To receive services, a minor must be at least fourteen (14) years of age and must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout the duration of their appointment. The minor’s parent or legal guardian must also complete a treatment consent form prior to the application of service.
Vita Nova Medical Spa will not permit minors under the age of eighteen (18) to receive cosmetic injectables under any circumstances.
Please refrain from bringing children to your appointment.
PAYMENT METHODS
Please be advised that Vita Nova Medical Spa does not accept checks for any cosmetic injections or aesthetic services.
Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Cherry are gladly accepted.
A valid credit/debit card must be placed on file at the time of booking for all appointments. This is a mandatory requirement to secure your reservation.
CUSTOMER CARE POLICY
Patients reserve the right to a follow-up appointment to discuss possible correction of last service. We request patients to schedule an aesthetic or neuromodulator follow-up no more than 21 days post-treatment. We also request patients to schedule a dermal filler follow-up no more than 28 days post-treatment. If correction is needed, patients are responsible for any and all additional costs.
We the team at Vita Nova Medical Spa, strive to ensure all patients are satisfied with their experience but reserve the right to deny treatment correction if concerns are deemed unsuited. Additionally, the patient may further purchase products and/or services to improve results.
